3 📖 Explain

Being fit means having a strong heart, muscles and bones and enough energy to play and learn. Children need about an hour of active play every day.

Healthy habits: eat fruits and vegetables, drink plenty of water, sleep 9 to 11 hours, wash hands, and spend less time sitting in front of screens.

🇮🇳 Example from India

A school starts the day with 10 minutes of exercise, gives a fruit at break and keeps a water bottle on every desk.

⚠️ Common mistake

✗ Thin means fit.
✓ Fitness is about strength, energy and healthy habits, not about how thin someone looks.
